Youngster.co was transitioning from a web platform to a mobile app to better serve its Gen Z users. But sessions, the core of the experience, weren’t working. Youngsters often dropped out last minute, citing unclear value, poor time management, and a lack of platform connection.

What I did
I conducted user interviews, stakeholder sessions, and competitive research to uncover these root issues. I redesigned the session flow with a reward-driven, Gen Z-friendly approach, highlighting progress toward free Google certificates, using visual trackers, and bite-sized videos in place of long handbooks. I introduced vibrant, tested color schemes, simplified UI, and features like direct messaging with founders to build trust and engagement.

Impact
A streamlined, visually intuitive experience that better aligns with how young people consume content and commit their time, leading to higher engagement and reduced drop-offs.
